Hi all,
My name is Paula Johnston and as you can see I am a fan of Applebees menus (among others!) My husband (Mark) and I love eating out, but we are having to watch the budget a bit these days so I have taken to cooking more at home and with my new recipe books I’m loving it. I have had “experiments in the kitchen” before, trying to copy my favourite restaurant food, but unfortunately the reward to effort ratio was pretty low 
and the results didn’t taste anything like the real thing! Mark said they tasted OK…Bless him. Oh well…no more guess work now 
Anyway, my girlfriends encouraged me to share a few of the recipes I learnt with you all. So happy reading and cooking.
